Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners apply roasted ginger to the Yongquan acupoint [on the soles] to treat mild colds by stimulating vital energy. This warming technique dispels cold and boosts circulation, particularly in children. While beneficial for maintaining body heat, experts warn it is only a supportive measure; parents must monitor for skin irritation and seek professional medical diagnosis for persistent symptoms (VietnamNet)
Researchers discover ADHD [Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder] brains experience brief “micro-sleep” bursts during daily tasks, causing sudden attention lapses. These frequent “slow waves” lead to mental errors, suggesting that auditory stimulation could offer a new, drug-free way to boost focus (SciTech Daily)
Torrential rain triggers a landslide in Crosia, forcing 80 residents to evacuate, as rivers overflow along Italy’s Ionian coast. Emergency teams respond to over 100 calls across Cosenza Province (The Watchers)
A severe drought has left large parts of the Everglades of Florida [US] nearly dry, forcing airboat operators to use narrow canals or halt tours entirely. Scientists blame over a year of below-average rainfall worsened by climate change (Miami Herald)
Over half the US faces simultaneous extreme weather — triple-digit heat in California, blizzards in the Midwest, and East Coast storms. More than 4,700 flights are canceled and 100 million people impacted (AP News)
A new study shows that ammonia emissions from intensive pig-people raising facilities rise into the air and settle onto nearby soils, where they fuel microbial reactions that release extra nitrous oxide, exposing an overlooked source of climate-warming and ozone-depleting pollution (Earth.com)
A patrol team at the Similan Islands [Thailand] records an extremely rare “super-pod” of about 120 Indo-Pacific bottlenose dolphin-folk, a sighting officials say reflects the strong recovery of the local marine ecosystem under stricter conservation and sustainable-tourism measures (Saostar)
Bolivia designates approximately 340 square miles (88,006 hectares) of untouched Andean–Amazon forest as a new protected area, expanding a major wildlife corridor and safeguarding habitat for more than 1,300 species, including jaguar-individuals, black spider monkey-folk, and several plants and animal-people found only in Bolivia (Good News Network)

A UK community raises over £58,000 to help an 80-year-young farmer clear 200 tons of illegally dumped waste on his field. He could not afford the bill to remove the trash and faced government prosecution if he did not take it away. The viral fundraiser sparks fresh demands for tougher penalties against rampant fly-tipping and soaring cleanup costs (Good News Network)
Rescuers in Bengaluru, India, use a 3D-printed device with a mother parakeet beak-like feeder to save 46 orphaned parakeet chicks rescued from illegal trade. This innovative technology improves survival rates and prevents human imprinting, allowing the chicks to undergo rehabilitation before their eventual release into the wild (ETV Bharat)

In Part 1 of 2 of Nicole Kerr’s near-death experience, American health expert Nicole shares how she died in a car crash at age 19, went to Heaven with an angel, and returned with a message about life, death, and what lies beyond.
Nicole grew up in Jackson, Mississippi, in a strict religious and military household. Her mother was Lutheran, her father Southern Baptist, and an Air Force Academy graduate who expected one of his four children to follow in his footsteps. Nicole volunteered, though she dreamed of becoming a ballerina and loved the arts.
At the Air Force Academy, she immediately knew she was in the wrong place, enduring constant fear in an environment where physical, mental, and even sexual abuse occurred. But failure was not an option in her family—quitting would bring unbearable shame. So she stayed.
At the beginning of her sophomore year, Nicole was getting a ride back from a squadron event with a senior cadet. He wanted to stop at a bar. Nicole’s father had three strict rules: no drinking, no smoking, and no dating upperclassmen. She had never even been on a date.
So, I go anyway, I said, “OK, but we’ve got to be back by 7:35.” So, this senior guy says, “OK, well, we’ll just have a couple of drinks.” The only thing that I remembered was getting in the car with him after we left the bar, and the bartender did ask him, “Are you OK to drive?” And he said, “Yes.” Moments later, the car crashed into a boulder.
And as soon as I ejected from that Corvette, I went through the windshield. When I got into the air, I froze. And I remember calling out, “Oh my God, help me.” And at that moment, my soul flew out of my body and went with the angel to Heaven, the other side, whatever you want to call it. And I knew at that point that I was going to die. I knew my physical body was going to hit the ground, and I was going to die, which it did. So, I never experienced any pain in terms of the trauma of the car wreck. And I want to tell everyone out there, if you have a loved one or someone that you knew that was in a very traumatic accident or situation where they passed, and you’re worried that they passed in a lot of pain, almost 99.9% of the time, their soul leaves their body before the physical impact of the pain actually happens. So they feel no pain whatsoever.
On the other side, she describes being surrounded by a brilliant white Light. And it just felt like a stream of Light cocooning me, kind of wrapping every part of me in its being, like I was in a chrysalis, something like that, with soothing waves. It was so amazing. It really is hard to put words to it, but it was Love, and it was bliss, and I had no fear, nothing in the negative emotions at all. God had been all around me. God was in me. God was me, and I was God. So, in essence, God was the presence and fullness and oneness, and most of all was God. This pure, think about it, no strings attached, open-arm God, Creator, whatever you want to call it, Source. And that is what I experienced. It’s like I was an astronaut in outer space, filled with awe and wonder.
She says that in that state, she began to experience how things function on the other side.
So, our eyes are not like our eyes here. Our eyes can see about 40 degrees. On the other side, your eyes can see 360 [degrees] and into the future and into the past all at the same time. OK. It’s wild. I heard two beings that were angels next to me. Now, they’re not speaking English, OK? You’re understanding them through something called telepathy and vibration. So, what I heard was they were having a conversation that they wanted me to hear, that we here on Earth had to ask for their help. They want to help us. They’re eager to help us. But since we have something called free will on this planet, we have a choice. They are not going to interfere unless it’s an absolute life or death situation. Then they can interfere. But other than that, we have to ask them for help.
Next, Nicole says she was told she had to return. I did not have a choice. I was told by my angel that I was going back and that my mission was to tell other people not to be afraid of death. Join us tomorrow for Part 2 of 2 of Nicole Kerr’s near-death experience. (NDE Journey)
