Excessive fruit juice consumption increases the risk of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Experts recommend eating whole fresh fruits to retain fiber, which slows sugar absorption and protects vital metabolic functions more effectively (Lao Động)

Previously, in Part 1 of 2 of Susan Grau’s near-death experience, Susan nearly died after becoming trapped inside a freezer as a child. As her body failed, she felt herself leaving and entering a place filled with light, where she encountered beings she describes as angels. She witnessed what appeared to be a stream of human prayers, and was shown a path where people struggled to build their own life journeys with these angelic beings quietly guiding the way. She was then taken to another place, where she saw what she describes as souls preparing for their lives on Earth. Then, the experience continued.
I was in this place that was out in this field, and I could see animals moving around and playing and romping, and I felt very safe, and I had an experience with this, what I call Source, which is still very emotional for me. I looked to my left, and I looked up on this mountain of some sort, and I saw this beautiful Being emanating a ray around them that was like nothing I’d ever seen, and it was Love like no love we could even imagine. I wanted to get up that mountain so bad, and I couldn’t, and this Love started coming towards me like a ray. The Being didn’t move, but this ray of Love started coming toward me like nothing I’d ever seen or felt. And I was filled with this Love. I was everything, and I was nothing, and I was perfect in every possible way, and I remember that feeling of love that I have been searching for on this planet my whole journey that I have never felt. I can get close to it by saying when my children were put in my arms, I felt that love, that unconditional, overwhelming love. And I looked to my right, and I saw a beautiful pyramid-shaped, I want to call it a crystal, but I don’t know if it was. It was kind of sheer, and I saw faces and bodies moving through it. And I reached in to get into it, and I couldn’t, and I just innately knew that if I could, I wouldn’t be coming back. I knew that I was seeing the spirits who had actually crossed, and I knew that I had seen something very, very special. Then I looked to my right, and I saw this beautiful angelic being floating towards me. And this beautiful being said to me, “It’s time to go,” and I said, “OK,” and I was next to this water, this beautiful river, and it was flowing just ever so slowly, ever so slightly, and it was just the most beautiful color of water, so crystal, so perfect, it’s indescribable. And I remember them telling me I was going to have a hard life and that I would be helping people with it, and I accepted that, and I didn’t want to go back. And they told me I’ll go through the water to get clean, cleansed was the word they used.
And during this whole time my mother was hearing, she heard it three times before she took action, “Your baby’s in the freezer,” and finally she decided to take some action. She went out, saw the garage door closed. And she opened it up, and she went inside. She opened the freezer door and saw me and spun me around, and I was ashen, and my fingertips were blue, and she said that she started screaming and dropped me. The next thing I remember, I was taking a breath. What had happened was I had hit and cracked open my chin on the cement on the pavement in the garage, and I took a breath. And when my mother came back out, I was breathing, and so she thought I was OK.
After her return, Susan discovered she could see spirits everywhere. Her mother told her not to talk about it. Susan would know things about people and their deceased loved ones. She eventually became a grief and addiction specialist and counselor, and the gift continued to manifest. Both her mother and siblings had similar abilities, but her brothers were told they were crazy and diagnosed as schizophrenic.
Over time, these experiences— and the hardships she faced— began to shape how she understood her life. What I learned for myself is that dark and light teach us something, both. They both are equivalent in value, and in fact, I think the dark things that have happened to me have taught me more because I want out of it. I want out of the pain, so I’m working really hard to make changes. The totality of my whole life experience has been filled with difficulties that go beyond the norm, and you would think that I would have this negative victimization attitude, but I don’t. Sometimes, do I feel like I’ve been victimized? Yeah, sometimes, but really, overall, I see it as an opportunity for growth. I talk a lot about intuitive hits versus fear, because fear is so powerful and what I know is what you fear you feed and what you feed you perceive, and what you perceive and believe becomes your reality. So, it’s very important because you’re already living it if you’re in fear, you’re already living the fear. Anything that we try to control is controlling us throughout our journey, and that includes fear, and so I decided I wasn’t going to be fear-based anymore. And I’m having a human experience, so believe me when I tell you I had a lot of fear on my journey too. But when I removed the fear and let myself live in my truth, everything began to change and rearrange. I realized that every trauma I’d been through was for me to see where to shine my light, and that was on me because my soul path was self-love, along with all of you; that’s your true soul path. And your life path takes you there. And self-love is the hardest thing I think we do, honestly. I don’t think it’s easy. We’re so hard on ourselves. And the reason is because love is the highest of vibrations. The more you love the higher you vibrate, and what a beautiful gift that is, and the higher you vibrate, the closer you are to Source.
So, when I’d find something that I don’t like in someone else or that I’m having difficulty or in me, I go, “That’s what I don’t want to be,” and it teaches me what I do want to be. So I want to encourage all of you to heal and to see yourself as the beautiful gift that Spirit created you to be, never doubt that for a moment, and to walk through your experiences with the bravery we all have to have to remain on this planet, and know that others are also walking through with bravery, and to step inside your soul source and know the value of who you are.
